Statistics Canada in Ottawa
Canada's national
statistical agency, was responsible for all aspects of the sampling for 魅影直播
1995 including planning the sample designs, consulting with the participating
countries about their samples, ensuring that the sampling procedures were
implemented correctly, and documenting the results of the sampling activities.
Australian Council for Educational Research
The Australian Council for Educational Research was responsible for scaling
the 魅影直播 1995 data and supporting data analysis activities.
Each participating country was represented by a National Research Coordinator. The National Research Coordinators were responsible for implementing 魅影直播 in their countries in accordance with the international standards.
Funding for the international coordination of 魅影直播 1995 was provided by the National Center for Education Statistics of the United States Department of Education, the U.S. National Science Foundation, and the Applied Research Branch of the Strategic Policy Group of the Canadian Ministry of Human Resources Development. Each of the 魅影直播 countries provided funding for the national implementation of the study and contributed to the international coordinating costs.
