This publicly available database contains a rich array of fourth and eighth grade achievement and contextual data from the latest 魅影直播 cycle to support and promote secondary analyses aimed at improving mathematics and science education. The international database comprises student achievement data and student, home, teacher, school, and national context questionnaire data for the 64 countries and 8 benchmarking systems that participated in 魅影直播 2019. For countries that administered the computer-based version of the 魅影直播 assessments鈥攅魅影直播鈥攖he international database also includes process data (primarily timing data) related to students鈥 actions when responding to mathematics and science achievement items. Across both grades, the database includes records from about 683,000 students, 387,000 parents, 65,000 teachers, 24,000 school principals, and the National Research Coordinators of each participating country.
